Just Map It Custom Maps Provide Avid Sportsmen the Advantage This Fall
New Line of Reliable Highly Detailed Hunting Maps Give Hunters New Tool in the Field
Just Map It of Billings, Montana announces a line of custom hunting maps just in time for the opening of hunting season. Starting with the state of Montana, hunters can order maps of specific hunting areas drawn on a Bureau of Land Management map to show public, private land and national forest boundaries.
With more detail than Hunting Regulation booklets and the addition of shaded relief, hunters can easily find public land, game management areas and locate forest service roads and trails for access points. Maneuvering Montana’s terrain can be tough, but with the most up-to-date information in hand, sportsmen gain the advantage and a level of safety in the field.
Just Map It (JMI) custom maps are accurate, current and drawn from reliable sources. The latest Geographical Information Systems (GIS) data in real-world coordinates to scale are used to create each custom map.
“Hunting areas can also be mapped on a topographical or aerial map if that is what customer prefers. Every sportsman will appreciate the fact that all JMI’s hunting maps are printed on weatherproof and tearproof paper to withstand the rigors of outdoor use. Standard size is 18” x 24” but we can be print custom sizes too,” stated Deb Homme cartographer and founder.
Often, sportsmen combine a paper map and GPS. As GPS is increasingly used by guides, outfitters and hunters out on their own, Just Map It also provides the waypoint file of the hunt area boundaries. Hunters can then download it to their GPS for an even better navigational tool.
Maps are available now directly from Just Map It, and they also have a partnership with Selby’s, experts in survey and large format maps and supplies. Many of the popular maps will be available directly from Selby’s throughout Montana.
